Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin are to meet in Belarus today - a day after Ukraine's president called snap elections.
It's the first time the two leaders are meeting since June.
More than 2,000 people have died in months of fighting between Ukrainian forces and pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine.
President Poroshenko announced yesterday evening that he had decided to dissolve parliament, so an election can go ahead.
The elections will be held on 26th October.
