The United Nations Security council has agreed a draft resolution on UN monitoring of the evacuation of people inside Aleppo.

Thousands of civilians are trapped and attempts to free them have failed.

A vote on the resolution has been scheduled for tomorrow.

It comes after convoys of buses due to bring people out of two besieged villages were attacked and set alight.
