A new report has criticised the UN Security Council for failing to implement resolutions to protect civilians in Syria.

The Failing Syria report was compliled by a group of 21 aid agencies.

It says it's been the worst year for civilians in Syria - as the conflict there enters it's 5th year.

76 thousand civilians were killed there last year, with 5.6 million children in need of aid.
