The rights of Irish children will be under the microscope next January, as a top UN body inspects IrelandÂ’s rights record.

The ChildrenÂ’s Rights Alliance says huge progress has been made since the last inspection almost 10 years ago, but thereÂ’s lots more to do, particularly in the areas of homelessness and mental health.
