The United Nations is investigating claims of a suspected gas attack in the Syrian city of Aleppo.
Its believed government forces, released the gas in a barrel bomb attack on the rebel-held district yesterday.
The UN says Syria is now in freefall with millions living without water and electricity on a regular basis.
