A UN report published later is expected to rule that the founder of Wikileaks - Julian Assange - has been arbitrarily detained in the UK.

He's been inside the Ecuadorian embassy in London for more than 3 years.

The UK's Foreign Office says regardless of the outcome, it will be obliged to extradite him to Sweden to face allegations of sexual assault, which he's always denied.
