Aid Agency MSF Guinea in West Africa is facing an ebola epidemic on an unprecedented scale.

78 people have died of the virus in Guinea, and four people are now known to have died in neighbouring Liberia.

Aid agencies working there say they've no plans to pull staff out of the region.
