Tens of thousands of farmers, machinery enthusiasts and food fans have descended on Screggan in Co. Offaly for the 85th National Ploughing Championships.
The three day festival, the biggest outdoor event in Europe is expected to attract up to 300 thousand visitors.
But the event comes at a time where farmers are increasingly nervous about the impact of Brexit on their income.
