Up to 700 people are feared dead after a boat carrying migrants capsized off the coast of Libya.
It happened around 120 miles south of the Italian island of Lampedusa and a major rescue operation is underway.
400 migrants drowned earlier this week, when their ship went down off the Libyan coast.
