David Drumm has had his detention hearing delayed for a second time by a US court.
The Former Anglo Irish Bank chief will remain in custody until the new hearing date on November 13th.
He faces extradition from the US to Ireland, where he is wanted on 33 counts related to his time at Anglo from 2007 to 2008.
