U.S. officials have assessed that pro-Russian rebels were responsible for shooting down Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17.
However they believe it's likely the rebels didn't know the plane was a commercial airliner when they opened fire.
U.S. intelligence officials have determined that Russia bears some responsibility for the incident because of its support for the rebelS.
but they haven't been able to determine exactly who fired the missile, whether Russian military were at the site, or whether the Russians were directly responsible for launching the missile.
Dutch officials say the search for victims of the Malaysia Airlines crash must go on as only about 200 bodies appear to have been found so far.
The first bodies, which were moved out of territory held by pro-Russian rebels, are due to be flown to the Netherlands.
The plane crashed in a rebel-held area on 17 July, killing all 298 on board.
