The US President Barack Obama has admitted that American intelligence officials DID torture detainees after the September the 11th attacks.
He's been speaking ahead of a report that's due to be released, which is expected to criticise the CIA's treatment of prisoners.
The President says post 9/11, national security officials were under enormous pressure to prevent another attack, but he admits they crossed a line.
