The Health Minister's rejecting calls from GPs for an emergency meeting with him over free doctor visits for under 6's.

Leo Varadkar says the basis for such a meeting isn't there as the scheme is "done" and "happening".

63% of doctors have so far signed up for the scheme, but the Minister is confident more will get on board.
