An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar is to be a guest at the Lotto draw tonight, to mark 30th anniversary of the organisation.
He will also make a major announcement about good cause funding.
An audience made up of good cause representatives and National Lottery winners will also attend.
The draw will be broadcast live with Lotto presenter Nuala Carey at 7.55pm on RTÉ1.
Mr Varadkar will then make an announcement live on air.
Tonight’s jackpot is worth approximately €5.5m.
