A woman who's case is covered by the O'Higgins report says the commission hasn't given her any closure.
The full report was published yesterday - saying victims of crime were not well served by the Garda force in the past, including how officers handled cases and how victims were treated.
The investigation assessed the handling of the case of Mary Lynch - a taxi driver who was violently attacked by a man - who later went on to kill another woman while out on bail.
