U2 have announce 4 dates in teh 3 area in Dublin this November as part of the bands iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE European tour.
There had been intense speculation in recent days the band was on the verge of announcing dates.
They've now confirmed four concerts for the capital on November the 23rd, 24th, 27th and 28th in the 3Arena.
They will also play the SSE Arena in Belfast on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th of November.
Tickets - ranging in price from 30 euro to 185 plus charges - will go on sale on Monday and will be limited to two per person.
€2,000,000 from the concerts will go to Music Generation, a Music Education Programme which provides subsidised music tuition to some 26,000 children and young people. Music Generation was originally set up with €5m funding from U2’s Croke Park shows in 2009, along with a further €2m raised by The Ireland Funds.
