Irish tourists are being warned to take care in Thailand after a military coup.
Soldiers have been deployed across the country and a night-time curfew is in place.
The Department of Foreign Affairs says tourists should exercise caution and monitor social media.
It's also asking people travelling to Thailand to register with the department first.
