The Government's proposals for water charges are to be published before next month's elections.
The Taoiseach Enda Kenny earlier dismissed claims that he's holding back the full details of the charges until after the Local and European Elections.
It follows newspaper reports that consumers may face a one hundred euro standing charge - before a tap is turned.
But Environment Minister Phil Hogan told Midwest Radio that no decision has yet been made on a pricing structure for the charges:
