A number of water protesters are due before the High Court later this morning over claims they've breached an order not to interfere with the installation of meters.
GMC Sierra claims a number of protesters in North Dublin are in contempt of an order not to interfere, assault or intimidate workers installing water meters.
Last week, the High Court heard allegations a separate order providing a 20 metre exclusion zone around the works had also been breached.
Proceedings are being brought against a number of protesters.
At previous hearings demonstrators denied doing anything wrong and maintained that their protests were peaceful.
