There has been a broad welcome to Ireland's naming as the best country in which to do business.

The ranking was awarded by Forbes - which says Ireland still maintains an extremely pro-business environment - despite the economic difficulties.

The business magazine says the country's low corporation tax rate and highly educated workforce - are among the main draws for companies.
