Parents are being urged to give their children child-sized portions, and not adult ones.
It comes as nutritionists warn that bigger portions of healthy food are contributing to Ireland's obesity problem.
The average 5 year old only needs to eat half of what an adults needs to eat.

More than half of the children presenting as seriously overweight are in fact eating what is considered to be healthy food - just too much of it.
