Researchers say they've made a major breakthrough in working out why some women suffer repeated miscarriages.

Scientists at Warwick University in England in have found a lack of stem cells in the womb lining is why thousands of women lose their unborn babies.

The study's co-author Professor Siobhan Quenby specialises in obstetrics and recurrent miscarriages:
