It's emerged that the shape of a man's face will determine whether he's a good leader.
Researchers at a US business college have decided that successful male leaders have wider faces than other men.
They suggest that having a wider face makes men look more dominant, ambitious and powerful - and therefore better business leaders.
They also found a strong correlation between company profits and the shape of it's chief executive's face.
No such study has been carried out looking at women's faces.
