A woman in her 70's has been killed in a crash in County Donegal.
She was the driver of a car which hit a ditch at Cloghore, Ballyshannon (a minor road of the N3 - Ballyshannon to Belleek Road) at approximately 10.20pm last night.
The woman in her early 70's was the only person in the car. She was pronounced dead at the scene and her body has been removed to Sligo General Hospital - no-one else was injured.
The road has been closed to allow for a forensic examination, and diversions are in place.
