A woman has died in a car crash in Limerick.
The woman, who was in her 30's, died following the single vehicle accident at the Applegreen service station on the N21 at Coolanoran between Newcastle West and Rathkeale at about 11.30 pm.
A man and two children, who were in the back seat of the car, were treated for non life threatening injuries.
The woman's body has been removed to University Hospital Limerick where a post mortem examination will take place.
A Garda forensic examination of the scene is underway and anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact Newcastle West Gardaí.
