A woman is in custody after a firearm and drugs were seized in Dublin.

A revolver and heroin worth 4 thousand 500 euro were discovered during the search of a house in Ringsend at 2.45pm yesterday afternoon.

The woman - who's in her late 30s - was arrested at the scene and is being detained at Store Street Garda station.
