It's the second day of strikes at Bus Éireann as workers take to the picket lines over cost cutting measures at the company.

The roads are visibily busier as thousands of passengers are forced to make alternative travel plans.

The bus operator says pay cuts are necessary as the company is facing imminent insolvency.
