Exercising with other people improves quality of life and cuts stress far more than solo workouts, a new study has found.
People who undertook gym classes or team sports had a 26% reduction in stress, plus improved mental, physical and emotional quality of life.

While those who exercised alone or with just up to two other people experienced no significant changes to their stress levels.
Exercise overall is believed to be an effective way to improve mood and an efficient way to prevent the relapse of depression.
So, although it seems easier to stay in and binge on Netflix, science is advising out to grab your mates and hit the gym together.
