Ahhh our beloved Penneys - where would we be without it?
Surprisingly, the retail giant turns 50 this week.
From your first bra to your Mum making you try on clothes in the middle of the shop floor, we all have memories of Penneys.
Can you even remember a time when 'Thanks Penneys" wasn't the automatic response to someone when they complimented your clothes?
What's not to love about the fact that you can happily spend four hours grabbing "bits," end up leaving with six bags but still only have spent €35.
Modern day Penneys is now a one-stop destination for going out clothes, holiday bits, PJs, make up, and even homeware.
However back in the day Penneys was a different story altogether, and when Dermot & Dave asked you to share your first Penneys memories you did not disappoint!
