Something bizarre happened on Saturday night/early hours of Sunday morning on Channel 5.

Die hard British MMA fans were left feeling like right sows after Channel 5 had no choice but to replace the Bellator with the pork family cartoon.

The card ran over the 10pm Pacific time (which is 6am our time) meaning that it had passed the threshold for the full-contact body sport - resulting in Peppa, George, Mummy and Daddy pig being switched on instead. 

Imagine the scenes at house parties across the UK? There'd be Peppa teddy bears being arm-barred all over the shop.

Embarrassing, but more for Bellator than Channel 5, they need to learn about keeping their events to the right length 😳

Dermot and Dave wanted to see what it would be like if Conor McGregor came across Peppa after this incident and let's just say, it doesn't end well for the little piggy.
