We all have that one friend who just loves to drop random facts into conversations, just to prove they know stuff. For Dermot, Dave is that friend!

On this morning's Dave's World, it was all about earworms. You know what an earworm is, right?

As any parent will tell you, watching/listening to cartoons is mandatory when you have children. And the programmes always seem to have a very catchy hook, which is a mechanism created to help hypnotise them into wanting more. 

So today, Dave picked out a few that have caught his ear. 

First up was this cute lil fella from Germany:

Then there was Baby Monkey (Riding on a pig):

We also got educated on how to tell the difference between a monkey and an ape:

And last but not least, the latest melody to take over our thoughts and make us scream "STOP, ENOUGH ALREADY....MAKE IT STOP":
