If you're like me, then you probably know what The Hills is about but didn't watch it religiously as you had more important stuff to be at.
In fact, I probably only watched a handful of episodes to have a gawk at some of the ladies who starred in it - with Lauren and Kristin springing to mind (I'm an honest guy).
So The Hills was a spin-off of Laguna Beach and originally aired on MTV from 2006-2010. It followed the lives of Conrad and her friends as they pursued their careers and dealt with typical coming-of-age drama.
The series was set in LA and was meant to be 'real-life' but you could always tell it was tweaked for the cameras.
Anyway, on this morning's Dermot and Dave, King of Cheese Dave Moore absolutely lost it when Dermot told him the news that MTV is to reboot the show next year - with this:
Dave fanboyed like never before as he squeaked, "Audrina Partridge?? Was Audrina there??"
Details on the reality series are still under wraps, but Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Audrina Patridge, Justin Bobby, Frankie Delgado and Stephanie Pratt were all seen at the VMAs.
Noticeably absent were several of the show's original cast members, including Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari and Whitney Port.
According to MTV, The Hills: New Beginnings will reunite some of the original cast members "alongside their children and friends, and follow their personal and professional lives while living in Los Angeles."
They also took a look at another show making a comeback - good old ALF.
Here are some of his best bits:
Gordon Shumway is ALF's real name and this left Maria (and a lot of us) perplexed when the lads told us what ALF actually means.
He and the Tanner family will be back on our screens next year too.
