The future of motoring is really uncertain.

One thing we do know is that as a population we need to move away from the use of petrol and diesel cars, however what will replace them is still very much up in the air.

Electric and Hybrid cars have been very much looked upon as the answer in recent years, but range and charging times mean these options are simply not the best solution for some people.

However, the hydrogen engine is now looking like it could be the answer for many, with big companies like Audio, Vokswagon and more investing money into producing these vehicles.

This morning on Dermot & Dave, Dave spoke to Motoring Journalist Dave Humphreys about the benefits of hydrogen powered engines.
