Maggie is also the host of the TV show 'Cheap Irish Homes' which sees potential buyers viewing houses on the lower end of the price range and seeing just what work would be involved.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Maggie explained her own personal background in property, what's involved in investing in a 'cheap' house and why it won't be for everyone.
