Leopardstown in Dublin is about to become the home of the most expensive school in the country.
Fees at The Nord Anglia School start at €15,900 per year and range up to €24,000.
At its cheapest, this school is almost double the cost of the second most expensive school in Ireland– St Columba’s College in Dublin.
Children between the ages of three and 15 will be attending the school from September.
Speaking to Dermot & Dave Paul Crute, Principal of The Nord Anglia School says when a student walks into the school there will be a life-size screen, showing other students in real-time attending similar schools around the world, 'So you could be watching kids swimming with dolphins in Florida, you could be watching kids planting rice in Cambodia.'

The school also has a 4G astroturf pitch, drama and dance studios and a bespoke music centre.
However Paul insists there is no sense of entitlement within the school.
Students will not be studying for the Leaving Cert, instead they will work towards being awarded the International Baccalaureate (IB) which is recognised globally.

The school will offer Irish as a subject, but it won’t be compulsory.
