So after nearly a million votes and lots of mixing, Heinz have finally released their latest creation - Mayochup.

The hybrid condiment was put into mass production after this online campaign back in April:

It may only be available in the US (for now) but Dermot and Dave wanted to see what us Irish make of it. Sure we've had pink sauce and burger sauce for years - isn't that the same thing?

They spread it out to our listeners and it left a funny taste in some people's mouths. 

We did however find possibly the country's greatest pink sauce fanatic in caller 'Kerry' who once received "a 5ltr tub of mayonnaise" as a present.
