Yay! Christmas Holidays! Children around the country are looking forward to no school for a few weeks.

For parents, it’s a chance to spend some quality time with their little ones. There’s just the small matter of all the other excitement that comes with it.

The time around Christmas sees a lot of disruption to routines, a lot of excitement, and the potential for some very rowdy kids.

So, how do you keep the kids occupied while still making memories? Cork based psychologist Catherine Hallissey joined Dermot and Dave with some tips!
