Irish comedian Eric Lalor wants to give back to healthcare and frontline workers in Ireland with a massive free comedy night.

Once things settle down Eric says he wants to give back to the people who have been fighting Covid-19 in Ireland.

Eric says, 'These people are putting their own lives on the line for us.... I wracked my brain to think about what I can do in return for them."

When all this blows over, I'm am hereby offering to do gigs free of charge to any of our frontline healthcare staff. Let them have a celebratory party when it's all over and I'll come in and ruin their buzz, I mean, try to entertain them x

So far a big Dublin venue is on board and other comedians are signing up too.

Eric says it's a good way to think of the future and to keep hopeful.
