It's been over a year since we could hop on a 6am flight, arrive in a sunny location and head to an Irish bar 'just to test the Guinness'.

While it might be a little while longer of a wait for us, UK residents got a boost when the Government announced that they were allowing travel to their green list countries for leisure.

With typical holiday locations such as Spain and Portugal on the list, thousands of tourists have been jetting off to see the sun, the sand and the sea.

For Brenda Cassidy, it couldn't have come a moment too soon. The Lusk woman runs Paddy's Irish Bar in Albuferia in Portugal along with her husband Gerry and son Phil.

Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Brenda revealed how things are going in these early days of tourism returning to the area, and what life has been like in lockdown Portugal.
