Darklands - Monday @9pm on Virgin Media One

A new crime series Dermot Whelan describes as "like Love/Hate with MMA". Set amidst a gang war in a small town, the six-parter tells the story of Damien Dunne, a boy who has the MMA world at his feet, but his future is threatened when a troubled home life draws him into crime:
