We've all been getting out and about in nature more than ever before this year but for Dara McAnulty, nature has been his life long passion.

At the age of 12, he started a blog and now, at the age of just 16, the Co Down teenager has released a massive best-selling book.

Dara's debut 'Diary of a Young Naturalist' is currently in its third print run, the first 5000 copies sold before Amazon could even put on an order to carry it on their website, there's been thousands more copies sold since. He's also just been nominated for three An Post Irish Book Awards including 'Non-Fiction Book of the Year' and 'Newcomer of the Year'.

Speaking to Pamela Joyce on Dermot and Dave, Dara explained where his love of nature came from and how it has helped him overcome mental health difficulties.
