The Minister for Children Roderic O’Gorman plans to give an extra three week parent's leave to people who have had a child during COVID, or anytime from November 1st 2019 onwards.

However concerns have been raised that the plan doesn’t go far enough, and that this policy was already flagged as far back as November of last year.

This morning on Dermot & Dave we spoke to listeners about their experiences at home during this time, and got their view on the extra 3 weeks of leave that are on offer.
