First off all, let's just clear up the panda head scenario - he's a bodyguard so has to keep his identity on the q.t.
Paul Hicks works as a professional bodyguard who for years guarded the Queen and her family, so he's top brass protection.
Chatting on Dermot and Dave's #AskMeAnything the former Policeman explained what it's like to work in such a demanding job and how they are "very pleasant people".
He told how much training was involved and how his wife still gets angry with him to this day whenever they're on a night out as he says, "I don't look her in the eyes when we're talking because I'm always scanning the room". The lads were gobsmacked on hearing that.
There was also a barrage of questions from our listeners as they asked him things like, "Would you take a bullet for a client?", "Would you guard Donald Trump?" and Dermot wanted to know if he was a real-life Jason Bourne.
The guardian took some time to teach the lads some self-defence:
'Paul' was our Bodyguard this morning for #AskMeAnything, things didn't end well for @DermotTodayFM @DaveTodayFM 😂💪 pic.twitter.com/ww6hYxYMAH

We always thought Frank Farmer (Kevin Costner in The Bodyguard) would be hard bet, but we think Paul is our new fave.
