It’s been a wild two years but for a lot of us, things are starting to return to how we once knew them.
Many people are headed back to offices, nights out are resuming and while most of it is positive, no one can deny that there were some habits we’ve lost over the past two years that should stay there.

Hi Dermot and Dave-I’m back in the office and I’m mostly loving it…but all of the bad habits I thought I lost during Covid are coming back. I’m staying late, snacking on the commute and then being too full to eat dinner. I’m snapping at my husband cause I feel like he’s doing nothing all day (he’s still at home). I want to keep up the balance I had WFH but still be in the office…does that make sense? HELP.
