So here' the background to it all:

A woman by the name of Kimberley Latham-Hawkesford went viral over the weekend after posting a list of savage tips online, tips she was sent by a man from their first date THREE MONTHS ago.

The 24-year-old matched a guy on Tinder but the rendezvous ended up being disastrous. He wasn't a nice lad. Simple as.

And although Kimberley had moved on (as you do after a dodgy date), Mr Anonymous hadn't. He then (after a whole 90 days) decided it would be best for him to give her a few pointers on how to be more of a catch.

Here are some of those 'tips':

"If you lost some weight you would look incredible. Maybe a stone or so.

"You are very pale. I know you aren't a fan of the sun but a bit of fake tan wouldn't hurt.

"You have quite big boobs so you should show off your cleavage more.

"You need to keep your past to a minimum. I don't care about it and what you went through.

"Get a sense of humour, you didn't laugh at a single one of my jokes.

"You just seemed a bit stuck up. Sort your personality out.

*and the best of all

"If you take these on board I might consider another date. I will give you a month and get back in touch to see if this made a difference. Good day to you Kimberly."

With this in mind, Dermot and Dave listener Eve in Dublin has taken a new approach to dating and there's no room for bullsh*t.
