But, for a lot of people, the most stressful part of holidays can be the pre-holiday anxiety. Whether it's over things like cancelling the milkman, worries about the travel or perhaps concerns about family dynamics, holidays can fill people with dread.
The result is that it might take time to actually switch off when they arrive at their destination.
