It's hard to believe that Ireland's Fittest Family is in its 8th series and one person who has really hit her stride is Derval O'Rourke, who made history this week as the first coach to get to the quarter finals with all four of her families.

Derval told Mairead that her goal this year was that she didn't want to leave any family behind, but she has also been very lucky to have such amazing families to work with.

Another aspect could be her two lives marrying together - on Derval.ie she's coaching thousands of women all the time and she approaches everyone as an individual, working on small improvements all the time.

This, along with managing to juggle her two kids along with everything else has made Derval a lot calmer than she would have been 5 years ago. This all has spilled over into her coaching on Ireland's Fittest Family and has had a very positive impact.
