As restrictions ease and we're spending more time out of the house, dogs are facing more time alone and not all of them are coping well with this.

Dogs Trust have seen a 212% increase in requests from people looking to surrender their dog over the past 3 months, so to help pets and their owners with post-lockdown life, they have launched their Bark to Basics campaign.

Vonna Nolan is Head Coach at the Dog School in Dogs Trust, and she told Mairead what the free course involves and how it will help dogs settle down and be more comfortable alone.
