After the very sad news of Sarah Harding's passing, now is a good a time as any to remind us of how to do a breast self-exam, how often, and what changes to keep an eye out for.

Mairead spoke to Helen Forristal, Director of Nursing Services at the Marie Keating Foundation, about knowing your body and acting on any changes.

Helen told Mairead about how regularly we should be checking, and the importance of not putting off going to the doctor if anything doesn't feel right.
