You may remember last November, Mairead spoke to Maggie Molloy about her Instagram account that showcased her talent for finding cheap houses for sale around the country.

Maggie now has her own TV show and it starts tonight! 'Cheap Irish Homes' is a six-part series that sees Maggie help house hunters find their new home for €100K or under.

The first episode sees a woman who was expecting to only find derelict houses within her budget, but with the help of Maggie and engineer Kevin McCarthy, she is pleasantly surprised!
